1.先把牡蛎洗干净沥干备用

2.大蒜洗净切碎

3.把大葱和沥干的牡蛎混合加入盐和地瓜粉轻轻的搅匀

4.油锅烧热倒入牡蛎平铺开来

5.轻轻的反复翻面,让表面焦香

6.反复翻面几次直到牡蛎熟了就可以了,(也可以打入鸡蛋液一起煎)然后蘸甜辣酱或番茄酱
